Here I attach a pdf of the year-end report delivered to our parish St Nicholas Orthodox Church, San Anselmo, California, at the Annual Meeting on February 2, 2025.

To cut right to the financial chase, we distributed some $114,000 in direct aid to some of the world’s poorest people in the form of school fees, food, medicine, help in setting up small businesses, and a blur of other activities.

And cumulatively, over 20 years of activity, we’ve reported over $783,000 in direct aid. Now six weeks into 2025, we’re right at $800,000.

When i started this project 20 years ago (!), i never had any idea or intention that we’d ever get this far. But i guess it’s a good example of how much you might end up doing if you just get started!

PS— this is somewhat preliminary and i know that there’s at least one big error in the “Overhead” reporting. That’s doubtless due to an erroneous link in the spreadsheet; I hope to upload a revised version soon.
